DFW Entrepreneurs Launch Coffee and Workspace Concept in One of Fort Worth’s Most Popular Districts

Trinity Coffee House Takes Over Craftwork Coffee Location in The Foundry District and Invites Guests to “Rise & Grind” This Month

FORT WORTH, Texas (November 6, 2020) — Fort Worth entrepreneurs Sam and Jennifer Demel (38 & Vine; The Demel Group) proudly announced today the addition of a new business concept to their growing North Texas portfolio — Trinity Coffee House. The Trinity of the new shop includes coffee, collaboration, and coworking – three elements that will be the central focus of the new location. The business duo worked with local coffee favorite, Craftwork Coffee, to acquire the space for their new shop in The Foundry District (2700 Weisenberger St. Fort Worth 76107) and to guarantee a smooth transition for their soft opening scheduled for November 8, 2020.

When asked about their new venture and the opening of Trinity Coffee House co-owners Jennifer and Sam Demel said,“With everything that has occurred in 2020, the opening of Trinity Coffee House has been a silver lining to a tough year.  Everything about Trinity Coffee House has truly felt as if it were meant to be.  The opportunity somewhat fell from the sky so to speak and the steps taken to get to opening the doors have been seamless.  From the location, to the name, to the branding; Trinity Coffee House has turned into a concept and story that is very near and dear to our hearts.  Down to the horseshoe itself inside of our logo; this symbol has such a personal meaning behind it.

Much about this space has quickly turned into a direct reflection of both me and Sam.  We want to create a coffee shop and workspace that is deeply entrenched in the Fort Worth community and in supporting local business and entrepreneurs.   We want you to come in and enjoy a welcoming atmosphere that is fresh and vibrant.  We want to create a community within the space; a place that feels like home.  Sam and I are very excited for what is to come with Trinity Coffee House”.

Craftwork will help ensure a smooth transition to Trinity Coffee House by training the new team to serve top notch java after the transfer of ownership. In addition, Trinity Coffee House will continue to use Craftwork Coffee Co. beans as their roast of choice for the location.

Craftwork founder Riley Kiltz said, “Due to poor economic conditions paired with a new focus on serving apartment communities, Craftwork has decided to close its Foundry District location..”

Klitz continues, “We are grateful for all of the customers and workspace members who have supported us and engaged with our team since our Foundry location opened two years ago. We look forward to seeing how the Demels continue to serve the district.”

With a great foundation of delicious brews and a beautiful ambience, Trinity Coffee House will treat guests to a few new additions that are in their signature style of design, community connection, and elevated events. From bringing in a new “grab and go” menu for the growing neighborhood of offices and mixed-use developments to curating a line up of community focused partnership and events, the Demels plan to transform the space into a community hub for coffee and collaboration.

“We really want to be an energetic, welcoming, fresh and vibrant experience to the new concept.  We will be bringing local artists in to add murals and fun additions to the space. Trinity Coffee House will also incorporate regular collaborative events with other local businesses to create a connective community feel,” said Jennifer Demel when asked about what people can expect from the new concept.

In addition to the coffee shop, Trinity Coffee House will continue to offer workspace options for fellow entrepreneurs, freelancers, and small businesses in a modern collaborative space with 17 individual micro offices and a central conference room.

ABOUT THE OWNERS:

Sam and Jennifer Demel are the owners and proprietors of Fort Worth’s Thirty Eight & Vine, The Demel Group, and Trinity Coffee House.. Both Texas natives, the Demels, met at TCU and began a whirlwind life together. Following college, Sam launched his professional baseball career, which meant a lot of traveling. The couple spent much of their time on the west coast, having great wine experiences. It was during these that they realized they wanted to create something similar in Fort Worth someday.

Once Sam retired as number thirty-eight for the Arizona Diamondbacks, the couple made their way back to the Lone Star State. In 2015, he joined Jennifer at Burt Ladner Real Estate, marking the beginning of their work partnership. Thirty Eight & Vine followed in 2019.

Whether it be real estate or the wine industry, Sam and Jennifer strive to create and uphold high-level customer experiences in everything they pursue. They have received “Top Realtor” awards and the “40 Under 40” award by Fort Worth Business Press.

In addition to their career pursuits, both enjoy immersing themselves in philanthropy; together, they currently serve on the board of The Blast for Cook Children’s Hospital.

When they aren’t selling houses, serving the community, or running Thirty Eight & Vine, you can find them spending time with their two adorable kids and crazy Goldendoodles!
